Spyridoula Tsoubeli studied Sociology at the Panteion University of Political and Social Sciences specializing in Criminology.

From her undergraduate years, she started working in commercial companies, establishing a carrier in the stock market as a Risk Manager and Human Resources Officer.

After a 22 year career, she decided to change the sector, to get to know the world of Logistics, and to dedicate herself entirely to Human Resources, which lies at the heart of every organization.

As an HR Director at Synergy SA, she aims to create an ideal work environment with development prospects at all levels and to attract young people with a team spirit and the willingness to participate in the journey of a constantly growing business.
