Chief People Officer Mrs. Spyridoula Tsoumbeli spoke about the value of human relations in the corporate environment at the 24th Panhellenic Conference of the Hellenic Logistics Company held on September 23 & 24. In the panel “The human factor in the new reality of the Supply Chain” Ms. Tsoumbeli referred to the necessary changes in the Human Resources Management, the new conditions of the labor market, the attraction and retention of employees and the contribution of technology’s use in new market challenges.
