Key Performance Indicators are indicators by which we measure the performance of specific actions with respect to how efficient we are in managing our depositors’ projects. We share the measurement results with our depositors in complete transparency.
In Synergy the KPI’s we follow are over 50. Below are listed a few indicative ones:

The Company’s most important indicators are: the Stock Accuracy (99.8%), the percentage of Orders Delivered In Full which reaches 99.7%, the Speed of Response to depositors’ complaints at 84.2% and the Customer Sustainability which is at a particularly high 94.2%.
