Key Performance Indicators are indicators by which we measure the performance of specific actions on how efficient we are in managing our repository projects. The results of the measurements are shared with them with complete transparency. In Synergy the indexes we measure are over 50. Some of these are as follows:

The main indicators of the Company are the Accuracy of Stock Management (99.8%), the order of the total delivered reaches 99.7%, while the speed of response to stockholders’ complaints is to 84.2%, and customer sustainability reaches a particularly high 94.2%.
